All orders at Beak Made are made to order and are subject to creation in the order they are received. Please allow for production time in addition to shipping time when placing your order. If you are under a time constraint, please contact Kat or Landi before placing your order to ensure that it can be made in time.
Returns
At Beak Made, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not turn out as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us via phone, text, or email, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned or exchanged. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
